Are the codes on PromoFoxx free?

Yes. You never pay to use a code from our site.

Why did a code not work?

Most often the order does not meet the conditions: the minimum amount is not reached, the code is for new customers only, or the items are excluded. Check the conditions in the code window. If everything matches and the code still fails, let us know through the Contacts page.

Can I use two codes at once?

That depends on the store. Most stores accept one code per order, but many deals that need no code can be combined with a promo code.
